Not your average healthy brownie

I apologize for the late weekly post! This weekend was filled with family, fun and relaxation. I REALLY wanted to share this healthy recipe that’s fun and easy to make (it took me under 10 minutes). I am still trying to figure out how to make fancy recipe posts but I’m hoping this will do!

Ingredients:
¾ cup sweet potato puree
1 cup peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup whole wheat flour
2 splenda packets
1 tsp baking soda
½ – 1 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350
Spray a small pan with pam

Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth

sprinkle additoonal chocolate chips on top for gooey chocolatrly goodness

Pour batter in pan and bake for 20 minutes until golden brown
